I'm not sure where these other reviews are coming from, or if this company just started outsourcing its production. I just received mine in the email - direct from a Chinese address (not CO, as advertised) - with the brand "Zaika" printed directly on the clippers. The box is in Chinese, as are the (very limited) instructions printed on the box. It is made from cheap plastic materials and hurts my hand to even hold it. But the reason I am so P.O.'d is that it doesn't have a grinder feature AT ALL. What I received does not look like the product featured in all in the advertisements or in the pictures posted by other supposed purchasers. This is a scam and I am frustrated that I fell for it, even after finding what seemed to be legitimate reviews on other sites.

This is the best nail care product out there. I am able to use it on all the dogs I have. I love that it has a light that prevents me from clipping nails too short. Highly recommended.

Noise is a little loud, it freaks my dogs out. But the product of itself works amazing, I can actually see if I’m cutting too short and then smooth their nails out after!

I love these clippers and grinders. Easy to use and my dogs don't mind them at all. Saves me $30.00 a month for the groomer to cut toenails. Thank you

My cats definitely aren’t fans but it gets the job done! The noise scares them for the grinder, but they will get use to it. Easy to use, especially for dogs. Comes with a charger and multiple ways to use. I definitely see the value for the price
